1. 180-Day Return Window
You have 180 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. This extended window is our commitment to the lasting quality of our handcrafted blades.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the description. Please note that custom engraved or personalized knives are non-returnable unless they arrive with a clear manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide specific return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly sent.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Personalized, custom-engraved, or made-to-order knives are generally excluded from standard returns due to their unique nature. Clearance or special discounted items may also be excluded from this policy unless they arrive damaged.
