With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Arsons Custom Knife has developed deep expertise in forging, grinding, heat treatment, handle construction, and finishing. Our artisans work with Damascus steel, Sanmai construction, high-carbon steels, and natural handle materials to produce knives with dependable balance, clean geometry, and carefully aligned edges.We do not treat knife-making as simple assembly. Each piece passes through multiple stages of skilled manual work, allowing us to maintain consistency while preserving the individual character of handcrafted products.

Our collections include handcrafted Damascus steel knives, Sanmai-layered blades, chef knives, hunting knives, pocket knives, axes, and artisan prep tools. We select materials for their intended use, focusing on durability, edge performance, corrosion resistance where appropriate, and comfortable long-term handling.Handles may feature materials such as stabilized wood, natural wood, bone, horn, micarta, resin, and other premium components. Because natural materials vary in grain, tone, and texture, every finished piece has its own distinctive appearance.

Unlike mass-produced brands, every Arsons Custom Knife is produced through our own workshop process.
