You have 180 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the description.
Custom engraved or personalized knives are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, custom-engraved, or made-to-order knives are generally non-returnable.
Clearance or discounted items may also be excluded from our standard return policy.
